I picked up my reserved car as time was on my reservation and as they were closing, they told me this was the last car they had. Check the car. It was an overwhelming smell of marijuana in the car. Told the person they said they were aware of it that the previous person had to pay a fine, but they didn’t have any other cars to give me. had to drive across Florida both ways with windows down 98° heat because of the smell was so bad. Had an appointment for a replacement rental due my car being in the shop. I call an hour to confirm ny pick. Ofcourse i called a gentleman answered and said he cannot pick me up he is the only person in there. Was very disappointed so called state farm, had the reservation transferred to enterprise and they were able to get in a car. Was surprised hertz was like this but I guess things have changed.

The staff at this location are super helpful. I rented last minute before a major holiday and they were very accommodating. A huge step up in customer care compared to most businesses in this area. I highly recommend them over going to the airport to rent.
