Good customer service, have waited 25 minutes only
Reserved a car online several days in advance only to show up and be told the car isn’t available. I was forced to upgrade and pay the extra cost with no other choices if I wanted a car. I also had to wait 30 minutes passed my reservation time to get the car. Employees are very distracted and unfocused. Terrible and frustrating experience
Un desastre. No tenian el auto que reserve. Me cambiaron un Nissan Maxima por un SUV Buick en el q no me entraban las valijas. No me avisaron antes, solo al momento de entregarme las llaves. Pedi que me cambiaran el auto porque queria un sedan con espacio para guardar las valijas. Me ofrecieron un Nissan Altima y tuve q pelear para que me reconocieran la diferencia de precio (en menos) en relacion a la reserva. I would give this location and service zero stars but I want to draw attention to the fact I was overcharged for the vehicle I rented. Imagine my surprise when I finally receive the email receipt for my return and see I was charged for 12 days when I returned the car after the 4 days I reserved it for. I was also charged a late fee of 60 dollars and nearly 50 bucks for gas. I returned the tank full, but whoever was joyriding on me for 8 days emptied the tank.
