Cars are always clean. Pick up can be a bit of a wait, so arriving early is recommended. This is due to the location being understaffed, so please be patient with them! James is super helpful, friendly, and navigates the busy times professionally and as quickly as possible. Thank you!
These Guys are fabulous. Each time I took rental from here it is hastle free. Kudos to James and Katrina for there unmatched customer experience. Both of them are very helpful, flexible and will guide you very well to get what is best for you. I recommend to all for this rental if you want a good service. They have plenty of option and range of vehicle with good conditions and well maintained.
I reserved one type of vehicle online and paid in advance for my reservation. When I arrived, I was told that type of vehicle wasn't available and that they would look for something else. They found another vehicle but it's in the class above what I selected and they told me it would be an additional $10/day. When I pushed back and said "that's not what I reserved, which your online platform allowed me to do and I've already prepaid for, so why am I paying more for it?"
