I had a great experience here compared to the disaster at the San Leandro location. Katrina was excellent to work with over the phone and in person. The other associates work well in sync with one another thank you Katrina for going above and beyond with assisting me. When returning the car, it was a breeze Destiny was able to confirm and explain details Thank you oh so much

Hertz is a great rental company when you can just walk up and grab your car without interacting with their agents. This location doesnt offer the walk off option so you have to check in with the agent to get your car. Of course we get supplemental insurance added to our rental agreement without asking first if we wanted it. She just gave us the new total and no mention of insurance added. Our total was 50% more than our original price. She didnt bring up the sup insurance until we questioned the total. Super shady practices ... read more

If I could give zero stars, I would. The Hertz location in Pleasanton is the very definition of incompetence, rudeness, and inefficiency. Every single time I’ve rented here, it has been a disaster. On multiple occasions, my reserved car was not ready at the scheduled pick-up time. I’ve been forced to sit around for 30 minutes to an hour waiting for them to “find” or “prepare” a vehicle that should have been ready when I arrived. The lack of organization is astounding.
