I have rented from Hertz for years and now I will never use them again. The costumer service online is tremendously hard to reach and I think its on purpose. Returning the vehicle was a nightmare. I was confused the location is open or closed because this isn't the first time as I spoke to someone working in Pepboys for service. They leave a piece of paper to tell people to go to another location where most rentals have a dropbox to save time. I am shocked that a place that's been around this long does not have one. Got a call from Hertz early this morning due to my insurance company making a reservation for me to get a car. When speaking with the lady who called me assuming she is one of the receptionist let me know that they wouldent have a car for me untill 3 pm when I had this reservation made since Saturday and without a car. When saying I needed a car earlier then that is insisted we cancel the reservation and in middle of saying thank you she hung up on me.
