Great service for locals
I was stuck in a pickle trying to rent a car at Enterprise. So I went to Hertz instead and Bri was amazing and patient and willing to work with us and our circumstances. I would definitely recommend anyone to go Hertz! Thank you!
This is the best Hertz Car Rental location in California in terms of customer service. Brianne & Fernando are amazing and work hard to do a great job.
Got there for my rental, which was set up 2+ weeks in advance, and they had no cars. Takes 1.5 hours to get there. They tried to call 1 hour in advance to inform me. Budget rental car saved my day. All I got was "sorry, nothing I can do". Not sure why they were still there at the desk.
