Simple pick up process, very friendly and helpful staff, new clean vehicles and easy to get to location
Was happy with the experience overall, the return process was/help in AU really sucked. Picked up at the airport and had it returned here - but with no instructions so we were left lost. The number provided for roadside support on the site didnt work, and we were not able to get any help so we ended up back at the airport. Thankfully was able to return it seamlessly at the airport but the person working somehow thought it was okay we spent 30 minutes calling numbers and being forced to return it at the airport instead of our... read more

Quite a rip off after leaving the car wow... Got charged a cleaning fee the next day...checked the photos I took on return and I realised I left some shoe dirt (not a lot) in the drivers area....wow....nice there goes $200....and now I've been emailed that an "incident" has been detected on the car on the boot and interior....I'll have to fight them and block my card before hertz tries charging me more ridiculous charges on this rental car 2 weeks after its returned.
