EXTREMELY rude and UNPROFESSIONAL! Make no attempt to rectify anything (two different locations) and just steadily repeat "I'm sorry, it's my policy" even when the statement is nowhere in their policy! I will never do business with Hertz or Dollar! Enterprise will get ALL of my rental car business!
