Poor customer service. Charged for multiple days I didn’t have the vehicle and the representative didn’t not explain anything until I looked at my bill and was told to contact customer service which is a nightmare over an hour hold time.
Not the best Hertz location I’ve been to. Rented a Tesla only to find it had to have been at least 7 years old and not fully charged. The car also wasn’t in the best condition either. They’re also not the most helpful or knowledgeable. Declined to rent a car there. Switched over to Enterprise which was much more welcome change.
Terrible experience, rude employees who honestly don’t care about their customer’s experience.
