The young lady that works there is very rude. I’m just not want to answer any questions. When I was asking something I felt like I was bothering her The guy that works in the right side of the computer he’s amazing But the young lady that works all the way to the left is horrible. I guess she didn’t learn a customer service 101.
Reserved a car online. When we got here, they told us there is no car available. Go somewhere else to be safe.
If I could give them zero stars, I would . I had a horrible experience with Hertz. I booked a rental car through Expedia for my sister-in-law,(everything under her name) and when she arrived to pick it up, they claimed they could not find the reservation at all, even with Expedia confirmation number and email. Because it was the holiday season and we urgently needed a car, we had no choice but to book directly through Hertz on the spot which ended up costing way more. I have rented from this place on several occasions and the people appear to be working with me. Very good people, but this last experience was not good at all. The guy waiting on me by the name Ned appeared to enjoy saying no to every question he had a negative vibe. I really did not appreciate it and I did tell him how I felt I paid for an upgrade. I was attended by Calvin and Alfredo and I can genuinely say I was treated with kindness and respect. World class service. Although I had a rough day since my vehicle was not working and had to drop it off nearby for service, they were able to bring positivity back into my day.
