Service is terribly slow and the cars are not well maintained compared to other hertz rentals in my personal experience
Trust the reviews this is the worst place to rent a car. I booked a car at 8am, which was not ready until 11am only to tell me that I could not use my débit card so I just spent 3 hours there for nothing

This place should be closed down. If you want someone to waste your day then this is the place. Multiple people that were heading down to a wedding had booked cars with this company. When we all arrived day off, they had NO cars for any of us to honor our reservations. If you don’t have the cars why make your costumers book them ?? Completely unprofessional. Left us all stranded. Do not come here.
