Terrible service. They arbitrarily closed the office. No signage saying they were closed. Nobody answers the phone. Zero. Score: zero. A miserable operation. If you can, look elsewhere.
Called me on the morning I was due to pick up car to say they were closed, please go elsewhere.
Added extra charges to my bill for unnecessary interior cleaning. Then reversed those and added extra charges for unnecessary exterior cleaning. Other reviews show that this is a clear pattern of gouging customers. Would never use again.
There was no staff available for our scheduled pickup time despite being open! We needed to cancel and change our plans instead.
Don’t bother, go to the airport. Charged us $650 after we were able to book online for $215.
