Worst service ever. Michelle does not pick up her phone when I call her. I rented a car on 26th and they charged a cleaning fee. I returned the car clean. I told Michelle let me take a look at the car and she said the bill has been closed and she cannot show me the car. Its a hidden $250 charge on my bill that I was not even alerted on. If I had not reviewed the bill I would have just unknowingly paid it. No warning. No intent to rectify. Just want to charge the fee. And awful service.

Worst car rental I ever been to. - Pickup scheduled for 10am. Called twice if I can pickup up at 11am. No one replied. - Arriced at 11am. No one at the counter, phone not replying which were supposed to call. Person arrived then, saying "Car is not ready". Was asked why I only showed up at 11am. I explained. They said there were 4 pickups at 10am, but only 3 cars available. Somehow my delay was used as an argument why my car isn't ready (this makes no logical sense.). False Advertisement with available cars. You arrive at the rental with no available cars and you get charged for extra upgrade fees. Unprofessional policy.

First of all, we waited three hours to not even get the correct vehicles. The third vehicle took an extra hour and a half, and we were charged an extra $1500 over what we were quoted TWO MONTHS AGO. There was literally zero customer service, and the lady was extremely rude. Horrible experience.
