Great experience with Orange downtown office. The lady who helped me this morning, 23rd of July 2025, (Should have asked her name) was very friendly and helpful. I was in a quite distressing situation but the lady made me feel very comfortable. Cannot recommend them enough! Thank you!🙂
Absolutely terrible experience at Hertz Orange Airport. I landed after a flight and went straight to the counter to ask if there were any cars available. The girl at the counter barely looked up from her phone and bluntly told me, “Sorry, we don’t have any,” despite the fact that I could clearly see multiple sets of car keys behind her. It was freezing cold, there were no taxis outside, and I ended up stranded there for over half an hour. Not once did she offer to help, check availability, or even suggest alternatives.
