I had a great experience renting a car from Hertz for about a week. Although my preferred vehicle was unavailable, the staff offered me a free upgrade and patiently explained all the options. Special thanks to Suraj (if I remember his name correctly), who made my very first Hertz rental experience one of the best. He was polite, calm, professional, and incredibly helpful. Booked a car for 8am since I was dropping my car off at the dealership and needed to get to work on the east end. Got there at 8am and they were late to open. When they opened they told me they didn’t have any cars and that he had just sent me an email to tell me. This is my 2nd experience with this place and the customer service is TERRIBLE. The guys did not seem to care and the place smells awful. Would give it a negative star if I could.

Great experience with Oakville Hertz! Staff are very nice, very friendly, and shout out to Hertz, got to explore Oakville and Mississauga at my ease, will def continue using this location, might get me a Tesla next 😅
I would give them 0 stars if possible. I had a reservation to pick up a car at 9am and when I got there they simply said they did not have any cars available, when I asked them for a solution they said they couldn’t help me and to call the customer service number. When I finally got ahold of them they told me to go back to the rental office cause they would help, it was so frustrating to be in a stupid back and forth while I was supposed to be on my way to attend an important conference.
