Extremely dangerous and irresponsible rental vehicle experience. During my VinFast Oakville service, I was provided a Tesla rental through this company. Before taking the vehicle, I clearly asked whether it had winter tires. SNEH gave me an old tesla and told me they upgrade me to model Y but they didn't even pickup their phone and never return my call.
Terrible terrible rental company I initially needed a rental for a day just to get my car assessed for the repairs and then needed one longer during the repairs I got a model Y that had 41 percent charge on it , and realized in about 10 min . Heating doesn’t work I called them 20 times , they never answer I had to call Tesla collision centre to reach them , finally they called me saying they have no idea about the problem They were supposed to contact my adjuster to get authorization for the rental so I wouldn’t pay but of c... read more
