Got a call 1.5 hours before my pick up saying the car I was supposed to pick up got in a car accident and they are unable to provide a car for me. They called to tell me that I need to go in and cancel my reservation. The lack of professionalism and lack of decency in that call made me feel inclined to write this review. Something tells me they do these tricks all the time when it comes to electric cars because they are in high demand.
