Booked a car three weeks ahead of time. I got a call the day before I was supposed to pick up that they dont have my car. I was going to drive the car to the airport. Needless to say, they completely ruined my plans. I called their customer support, and no joke, their agent was like, can you pick the car up from another province? Dont book with them on high stake bookings.
Worst experience of my life i went to pickup as scheduled and they said we don’t have any car available omaid that guy don’t know how to talk
Zero customer service
I’ve rented from this Hertz location 3 times and have zero complaints. I was able to extend as long as I needed and found the pricing fair. Thank you for keeping my mind at ease during a very stressful time without my own vehicle. If I ever need a rental I will be back :)
