Booked a Tesla model y through their website the week before my vehicle went in for repairs. I attempted to call their phone number multiple times leading up to the day that I booked the rental for because I needed to be picked up from the collision center nearby. No matter what option I went to over the phone I could not get an actual person on the phone to arrange a pick up. Amazing location, came in clutch when I needed something quick.. clean car and runs nice!
My experience with this rental location has been great, especially dealing with Suraj has been a pleasure. I had to go for an oil change of my rental car once and they referred me to a nearby Canadian Tire store which took care of it immediately. Even extending my car rental was a breeze.
Great service. I had to extend the rental 3 times. Eventually I just had to show my face and the CSR pulled up the file and asked if I was returning the car or looking for an extension. Great people to work with
They asked me to wait for an oil change since no other cars were available, and then tried to convince me that the Jetta was a full-size car, which clearly isn’t the case according to their own website. When I disagreed, they suggested I cancel my reservation instead. Definitely an experience to avoid.
