This place needs to be closed down, should have read reviews before booking with this branch. Vehicle I was given smelled really bad from the start and did not go away. The major issue was the fact that my initial charge was 217$ for two days, after I returned the vehicle, I found out on my credit card bill that I was charged 619$ with no notice or reason. Awful customer experience. Booked online and made my way to pick-up to find they had no vehicles available in any class or size. The same was true for the next day as well. Revealed that the website doesn’t synchronize with their local inventory and takes any/all reservations. Reminds me of the Seinfeld episode, where Jerry talks about how they’re good at taking the reservation but horrible at reserving the car, which is a fundamental part of the reservation. I’m really disappointed with my experience. I rented a car for first time from Hertz, and it was a complete disaster. First off, the people I dealt with were incredibly rude, and they didn’t even mention that the gates were locked after hours. Second, I booked a Tesla Model 3, but the car was in terrible shape—no wiper fluid, and I had to top it up myself. Third, I accidentally dropped the car an hour later, and they charged me a late fee. Sneh and Umaid provided an amazing experience. I initially booked a vehicle which during the term had an issue. Sneh and Umaid went out of their way to find me a replacement vehicle and ensured that I was able to safely continue my rental. All up great experience from booking to pickup to drop off. I will be renting from this location again.
