My experience with this rental location has been great, especially dealing with Suraj has been a pleasure. I had to go for an oil change of my rental car once and they referred me to a nearby Canadian Tire store which took care of it immediately. Even extending my car rental was a breeze.
Great service. I had to extend the rental 3 times. Eventually I just had to show my face and the CSR pulled up the file and asked if I was returning the car or looking for an extension. Great people to work with
They asked me to wait for an oil change since no other cars were available, and then tried to convince me that the Jetta was a full-size car, which clearly isn’t the case according to their own website. When I disagreed, they suggested I cancel my reservation instead. Definitely an experience to avoid.
Would rate less than 1 star if there was an option. Reserved and Paid for Model Y, was told only Model 3 is available, downgraded my booking without any monetary compensation and casually informing me its the same rental for both vehicles, where as on the app there was around 200$ difference for my weekly rental. Location detail says after hours drop available but its not the case so don't come in late night like me to drop off vehicle as parking lot is closed and helpline told me to drop the car at airport location with one... read more
