I would give them 0 stars if possible. I had a reservation to pick up a car at 9am and when I got there they simply said they did not have any cars available, when I asked them for a solution they said they couldn’t help me and to call the customer service number. When I finally got ahold of them they told me to go back to the rental office cause they would help, it was so frustrating to be in a stupid back and forth while I was supposed to be on my way to attend an important conference. Made a reservation weeks in advance, received a call the afternoon of my pick up and was told there were no cars available. Left me in a bind, luckily enterprise isn’t as terrible as Hertz and was able to assist. Would literally never use Hertz again.
They never have cars.
Booked a car three weeks ahead of time. I got a call the day before I was supposed to pick up that they dont have my car. I was going to drive the car to the airport. Needless to say, they completely ruined my plans. I called their customer support, and no joke, their agent was like, can you pick the car up from another province? Dont book with them on high stake bookings.
Worst experience of my life i went to pickup as scheduled and they said we don’t have any car available omaid that guy don’t know how to talk
