Worst place ever! Customer service was horrible. Unprofessional and rude. Cars need service when you get them.
I rent a lot of cars all across the country, and the service I get here is by far the best. The people are friendly, professional, and knowledgeable, and it makes a huge difference in the experience.

This Hertz is only used out of convenience because the airport car rental is out of our way. They are always slow, cars are usually dirty (one had sand line in the interior like it has been flooded, the one we have now has the service due now light on). The lady working today said she was going to drive our car around and she took more than 15 mins and I’m 90% sure it’s because she went out back to smoke before driving it around.
