Call before you go. If you have a reservation doesn't mean they'll have a car for you. Wasted money on an Uber both ways....NEVER AGAIN. I don't know why I deal with Hertz, every location is like this.
They didn’t have the car that was promised to me two months prior. Also requested a pick service two weeks prior and when I called to confirm that morning, they said they didn’t have staff to pick me up. The car they did give me wreaked so badly of smoke and the interior was pretty wrecked. Very lacking in customer service. They over provided and under delivered.
