Kindness is a characteristic hard to come by now a days, and it was evident that it is lacking at this Hertz location.As a nurse the way people are treated is very important to me.I visited this location and Jaime was not kind at all. The car was nice but it was dirty and now I'm being charged for a windshield i didn't damage. Not to mention they didn't pick me up when an appointment was scheduled a week ahead of time and then I couldn't get them on the phone to co.e pick me up.
Greeted when walked in. Vehicle and office clean. Checked in easily.
I rent from here frequently and never had any issues or bad service. Always in and out and the people are polite.
Do NOT use this location. The staff doesn't care. If you are picking up a car as part of an insurance claim, they will not tell you when to bring the vehicle back until after it is overdue, so they can charge you for an extra 2-3 days. I was never given an end date until 2 days after it was supposed to be returned. 175 bucks unexpected expense for me to deal with. I've rented here a few times, but this was the last.
