Will never use this location or Hertz ever again. You can’t get anyone to answer the phone or send a receipt. I had to rent thru my car warranty so I didn’t have a choice but to use them. Car that was rened to me was dirty. They didn’t come and walk with me when I rented it. Was given a hard time at the counter to be issued the car. Still waiting on the $50 deposit refund. Was told it would 2-3 days it has been 7. My advise don’t use them.
DO NOT RENT FROM HERE. They do not answer the phone, have terrible hours (close at 12 on Saturday and closed Sundays???) and have no drop box. Avoid avoid avoid.
So easy to rent a car here
Walked in after making a reservation and nobody was in the office. Had to wait a few moments and when the lady finally came out her attitude was not pleasant. Her attitude alone would make me go to a different location or just choose a different company all together.
Drivers transporting cars drive reckless.
