worst experience I’ve ever had with a rental company. they don’t answer the phone not even for their own Hertz colleagues or document accurate information. issue was escalated and I still haven’t heard back from anyone including the manager. 0/5 do not recommend edit: you’re not striving to improve anything when you have multiple reviews complaining about the same things. haven’t seen consistent reviews in months. replying to a review within the same hour I posted yet not picking up the phone? useless. whole staff needs to b... read more
I wish I could put a negative one star on this company location. DON'T get a rental vehicle of any sort from here. There is no absolute way to get in contact with these people. They will also screw you over, tell you that the agreement that continuously pay for isn't the correct rental agreement. They don't put in correct contact information either. The worst rental experience and company ever

I love renting from Hertz! They make the process super easy! However they NEVER answer the phone, and you can’t speak to a direct employee if you have any issues. I have to constantly take off of work to drive all the way to the location to ask a question or get assistance! Book in advance and make sure you check in with them prior to your pickup! That way you will always be prepared for your trip!
They failed to provide a car twice.
