They failed to provide a car twice.
Over charged and giving me the run away about fixing I return the car they still charge me for two extra days .. when they can check the store cameras n see me returning they want to make things car on top of that I was charged for another week
Terrible experience with this Hertz location. We booked a Jeep 2 weeks in advance, received our confirmation, and thought everything was set. The day before our reservation, we received a call saying they would not have the Jeep available but assured us they would have a comparable vehicle for us instead. When we arrived, we were told they had ONE vehicle available — an EV. After seeing their reviews, I completely understand why they have a 2.9 if I could give this place a zero I would I had a reservation after a car accident. They never answered their phone. They were supposed to pick me up at 3 PM. They never picked me up. They never called me to say they couldn’t pick me up. I called them all day long. Nobody answered me.
