The review from Robert is what happened to me. They act like they are committed to discussing and rectifying the issue by providing you an email address to contact but no one responds at all to multiple emails. Always physically check your tyres and I mean turning your wheel side to side to check that they are intact as these people made me pay for a pre-existing issue with the tyre And didn’t follow process that they said they had by providing me three quotes before taking the money out of my deposit. Disgraceful Service.
