It has been a great experience with Hertz Naperville. I’ve been lucky to have worked with Wade who made my rental process swift and easy. I would suggest this location as the employees are nice and friendly especially Wade & Steve. I’ll definitely be back if I ever have to rent a car again in the future. Thank You!
I had a very bad experience with them. It was a complete scam. Their employee cheated me. On December 13th, I rented a car for 24 hours, planning to drive to Illinois. This person gave me the car for two days, claiming that the office in Illinois where I needed to return the car would be closed on Sunday. But if I returned it within 24 hours, the amount would be recalculated and the money for one day would be refunded. That's exactly what I did. I returned it after 21 hours in Illinois. If you have your own insurance for automotive bring it with you or they will demand you buy their coverage
Charged me $31 extra for a last minute reservation because they had to make sure a car was clean and my reservation wasn’t printed on their daily list of reservations that they print out at 6:00pm the night before. The worker actually had to look up my reservation, poor thing, so difficult. Pathetic!
