Stuck in an endless loop of electronic confusion. couldn't get a human to help me with a one way reservation. Thanks for wasting the last hour of my life.
After reading the reviews, I was a bit worried, and those expecting an airport-type experience will indeed be disappointed. It's in the middle of an industrial block with lots of auto repair shops etc just off Soscol, and the cars for rent are parked along the street. Our car category wasn't available, but we had just reserved it a couple hours before, and they adjusted the price for the downgrade. Wish I could put a negative 10. Had a reservation that I paid for in full. Did the whole checked in online. Put in all my information, got to the office to pick up my car. The guy was sitting behind the desk on his personal phone. Saw me knocking on door and walked to the back. I kept knocking and he finally walked up and told me I'm late and I can't get my reservation. Very rude and unprofessional. Should have read the reviews before booking here. Very disappointed.
Car was available on time, clean and in good order. Staff were friendly. Return was straightforward.
