NEGATIVE 25! I rented a car online on May 28 to be picked up on June 6 at 9 am. They call me June 6 at 8:15 am to tell me they don't have any cars available. Nothing. Nada. What the actual?!? We had to scramble last minute to find a replacement rental company that was actually worth a damn! Do NOT waste your time with Hertz-Murfreeboro! I highly recommend Enterprise-South Nashville off Bell Rd. THEY are amazing & super professional and actually have vehicles available...
Booked my reservation several days in advance. About 20 minutes before pickup, I got a call from the store saying that they didn't have my rental. Not only that, they had NO cars to rent to me and couldn't tell me if or when they'd have more. I asked to change my reservation to another location and they couldn't do that. So I asked to cancel and was told they were unable to do that either. Ended up having to call their corporate line to get my reservation canceled at the last minute. If you need something, don't go here.
Charge me an extra hr rate after returning after I waited an hr just to return the vehicle
If I could leave a half star I would. I set up my reservation online and paid for rental insurance prior to walking in. I walked in and they said they couldn’t accept my debit card payment for a reservation made within 24 hours and was ok leaving me without a car knowing I was supposed to have left 30 min before. We've rented from here twice in the past couple months and had great experiences both times. Employees were friendly, got us in and out in a timely manner. The vehicles we rented were clean. We would not hesitate to rent from here again.
