Hertz just hit my parents with a $200 charge for a flat tire — without ever explaining the options or fees that came with it. No discussion, no transparency, just a surprise bill. This is a perfect example of taking advantage of two genuine people without thought or concern towards how you’re treating them. Flat tires happen, that’s not the issue.
