Booked a month in advance and was told that they didn’t have the reserved vehicle. Jason was no help at all. The branch manager was on vacation and 1-800 number made things worse. So we had to cancel our entire trip. Save yourself the stress and go with another rental company.
Due to recent accidents to our TC van we needed a usable mini-van rental. Our insurance links with Hertz and Enterprise. Called Enterprise, they had NOTHING. Drove to Hertz and while "Spring Break" (?in October?) left them with low inventory, they still found one for us! 😄
Terrible customer service. Ezzard displayed terrible customer service. Please place Ezzard back in training to learn how to speak to people needing assistance/customer. Also please update website that says you must have your reservation on file for 24 hours before you’re able to rent a car. A 2 star rating for this location is very on par.
New and young people who need a rental beware. The staff are not helpful and confusing at times make sure you do your research and speak to someone who's rented a car before. I thought I had all my ducks in a row and I got taken for a ride by the older gentleman who very obviously did not want to rent a car to me.
I rented a cheap car from 9-15-9-16, placed on a debit card and was told I’d be refunded if I brought the car back earlier. I brought it back 9-16. In the meantime I called Hertz and recorded a lady stating if I pre paid I would not get my refund but if I didn’t that I would. A few minutes later my money was withdrawn from the bank. I will be speaking to the local Hertz tomorrow as I was told I’d be refunded if the car was not used the entire time I reserved it for. Stay tuned.
