Rented a car from Hertz for a trip and the whole experience was smooth from start to finish. Pickup was quick, the vehicle was clean and well-maintained. Rutesh and team at the counter were friendly and efficient.
Very sayisfied with customer service with Rutesh. He always responds and even provides rental for emergency whenever he is off or at holidays. I really like that he place customer above himself and makes sure that everyone is satisfied.
