I reserved a car few weeks ago but the place was closed when came to pick it up. I call immediately the hertz. The staff of hertz find a King Of Prussia hertz to pick up a car because I need to catch my flight. I went to King Of Prussia but they told me there is no car available. So Don't rent from Hertz!!! Hertz is going to bankrupt soon and they are not reliable. How system can book cars but there is no car available in reality!!!!????

Just came out here because it says open until 4pm. Sign on door says”permanently closed”. Thanks so much 👍🏼 Unprofessional, I expected better.

Reserved a car months prior to picking it up. Returned to find out place closed without notifying me. Had to call another Hertz office to cancel. Don't rent from Hertz!!!

This place is an absolute disgrace. The moment I walked in, the entire location reeked of weed—like a run-down alley where people go to get high. It was disgusting. But the real shocker? The guy handing me the car was reeking of alcohol—his breath was so strong it was unbearable. It was beyond unprofessional, and honestly, I wouldn’t be surprised if he was drunk on the job.
