When I got into an accident, I went for hertz. I thought I was gonna get my deposit back but I didn't, then they kept taking money out of my account without my approval. The insurance adjuster told me to keep the rental a little longer, so I did, when my car was done I turned the rental in the next day with a full tank of gas which I did not get it with a full tank. I had a reservation on 7/29/2025 to pick up a vehicle and when I got there the associate told me they had no vehicles and said she tried to call me and I had no miss calls. I would never rent from here!!!!!
Place is an absolute joke, was lied to was told I can’t add a secondary driver, went online read I can absolutely add an online driver, went back to do so and the “branch manager” didn’t get her name told me she can’t add a secondary driver as they don’t even have a car to rent! So I’ve waisted hours going back and forth round and round when the manager could’ve been honest in the first place.
On 7/25/2025 at almost exactly 12:00pm, we arrived to pick up our 7-day rental (a Ram 2500 Big Horn or similar). The associate behind the counter informed us that she had no vehicle for us. She offered no apology, regret, or alternative. She told us she had called the cell number provided (during work hours, when we could not answer).
