LOCATION CLOSED! Arrived to pick up rental. Nobody there. An hour on the phone and the 4th corporate agent informs us this branch is permanently closed. Showing open on website. Where do we get a car? No help at all. Thoughtless customer service. No notification sent to us. Still have an open reservation to drop off a car there in a few weeks! Called two neighboring city offices. Phones disconnected. Nothing for 60 miles. Absolutely disgusting experience.

Is it just this Hertz or every Hertz that takes 2 hrs to get a car when there are barely 4 people waiting. Absolute waste of time. The agent Deniece Wiggins was just chatting with a customer for 30 mins leaving all of us infuriated.
