Wanted to send this review to Jartavious and the other front staff that was working with me on a what seemed a no availability of vehicles week. I had booked a small car to return to SW Florida after traveling abroad and went to pick up car and there was none available. They made it work for me with another vehicle. Thank you. 😊
Extremely dissatisfied. Very poor customer service. Ended up with no rental at all. Had to cancel my trip because of it.

We booked a rental after our cruise. Paid a hundred bucks for an Uber to the place, only to find out they had "issues with their site" and no bookings for the past 3 days were received. So no cars available for the 20 plus people waiting in the lobby including my family. With all our luggage. Only option was to pay another 200 bucks for another Uber to take us to the airport 6 hours before our flight. Will never book through Hertz again for a car.
