Got to pick up the van we rented but right away I asked about an upgrade and I was willing to pay and he just laughed a little and didnt say yes or know. Reserved a car a week ahead of time with a specific card. Got there to pickup for a scheduled work trip. They needed much more money than was said beforehand. After spending time shuffling around the funds to pay them they said I couldn't get the car because I didn't have any credit. I'Ve rented several cars before from enterprise. I paid for full coverage insurance on the vehicle which I have not received back. All because I pay for things in my life out right And don't carry debt. Had an issue with my insurance and hertz not being able to communicate properly spoke with a representative after they called me first to let me know about the issue and Johnny took care of it today and made sure that everything was right and then gave me next steps to follow up with the insurance company in the case it happened again. Would definitely choose this place for renting personally now.
