I reserved a car online for the next day... online said they had cars available.. next morning the day of the rental they call at about 7 am saying they cant provide me the car... no big deal it happens... problem is come Monday the day of my "return" they charge me 115 dollars for a no show fee... that they inconvenienced me and messed up my travel plans and made me pay for it lol... still trying to get my money back but its been alot of hoop jumping with no success...
It was quick to pick up and return my rental.
Bad service he charge my brother $500 without pick up the car and the employee she deny that I don’t advise any customer to go in that office
