I've had a reservation for over a month. I come to pick up and they tell me they don't have a truck. When I ask them if they can search, they say no because it's Monday. The lady behind the counter was very rude, not apologetic, and had no solution for me. Now a trip that I've had planned for over a month is completely up in the air. I definitely would not recommend this place to rent a car. They should go out of business and save everybody time. I did not even get a follow-up or any type of notification.
They gave us a car for a week that had rotten food underneath the seat. The whole car smelled so bad. Clearly was an insufficient cleaning job
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The car was clean and ready to go and returning the vehicle was very easy .
Awful awful customer service the girl tantabiois or whatever She said she is the GM of Hertz what??? They had technical problems When I arrived I had a business meeting in palm beach which because yeah support could do nothing a customer fixed their tech problem Needless to say it made me leave a hour late which made me miss my meeting I had to reschedule for the next morning so o had to keep the vehicle 3 hours later she refused to allow this and told me I also was getting charged a late fee on top of a full day overcharge ... read more
