This location isn't great. They aren't open on the weekends and the inventory is very limited. I went to another Hertz location in the area that is much better.

Been renting cars for 45 years, and this was the second worst experience ever. I arrived at 8:45, and was the only customer. I was returning a 2 month Elantra rental, packed with my travel items, and had confirmed with Hertz customer service that it would be a simple return, then re-rent the same vehicle for another 2 months. When Tarde entered the rental agreement there was a maintenance hold on my vehicle (for a minor fixed flat tire 5 weeks earlier!!!!!!). Rented a car online and picked up with Jartavious Manley. She did not disclose at pickup car was electric. We rented around 5 pm closeout time. The next morning, we called and mentioned we did not rent an electric car. She was “helpful at the phone” by saying sure we can change the car for you. At the store, the next morning around 11am - less than 24 hours rental she tried to charge us more for the gas rental. We pushed back ending up returning the car. Would be 0 if it could be. Don't believe what ever price they give you they will just charge you whatever they want. Paid for my rental put down a deposit returned it with more gas than given to us and somehow still charged an extra almost $30 for reasons that can't be explained by anyone there. Place is just a rip-off go elsewhere and save money and hassle.
