All-star service and top-notch prices, every time I rent a car! I won’t go anyplace else.
I reserved a car and was called and told there wasn't a car available. Ok no big deal. I was told later that day they had a car after I had already made arrangements. They charged me for a cancelation after they had initially told me they didn't have a vehicle. I booked through priceline, and they are trying to help me with this. However, Hertz got my credit card from the reservation and and charged me for a cancelation, when they initially didn't have a car. Don't chance it.
