DO NOT BOTHER WITH THIS LOCATION. My husband reserved online and said he needed to be picked up from the auto body shop, no one showed up and he was stranded. We tried calling the store multiple times as well as our insurance company - not even a voicemail from our insurance company to their "manager" got anyone from the Odana Hertz in touch with us. Finally my 5th phone call went through (after holding for 15 min) and we were able to cancel our reservation and go elsewhere. Skip the extra steps and just go elsewhere.

Hertz Car Rental did a very nice job of getting us a vehicle just before closing. We were treated very politely and efficiently. Thank you for taking such good care of us when we needed it. Keep up the good work!!
There was debris on the floor and in the back of the Jeep Compass. The windows were all dirty, especially the windshield on the inside. I tried to clean it myself without success. While driving at the sun, I barely could see through it.
Carlos is amazing he helped us a lot with the reservation.
