Once again, had a great rental experience at the Hertz located on Odana rd. Madison, Wi.. The staff member working I give 10 stars she goes above and beyond To make sure that I am fully satisfied with my rental and answers all my questions which builds Brand loyalty. I rarely leave negative reviews, but I hope this helps others who are deciding where to rent a vehicle for an insurance claim. I have President’s Circle status with Hertz and arrived for an insurance replacement rental after calling the location about a week and a half in advance. During that call, I explained that I drive a Mercedes S-Class, am 6’4”, and was hoping for a comfortable vehicle. I recently rented a car with Hertz on Odana Rd in Madison. I can't rave enough about them. Specially Eleanor at the front counter. Excellent, excellent service. So helpful and all around pleasant person.

Eleanor and the staff at the Madison west location are great. They make the pickup and drop off process quick and easy. They are very polite and informative.

I've had a positive experience with this facility. They were busy but efficient. I was given a long-term rental through Hertz while my auto was in for extended service. They did a find job when I needed to renew and extend.
