1/5 Extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience at the Hertz location on Odana Road. I booked a rental through Expedia for a ONE-DAY rental, scheduled for pickup at 8:00 AM Monday and return at 8:00 AM Tuesday. I arrived around 7:50 AM, about 10 minutes early. I completely understand that the location officially opens at 8:00 AM, so my issue is NOT that I wasn’t helped before opening time. I had an exceptional experience this time at the location on Odana in Madison. I had previously rented there and didn’t have a good experience. But I can say they had a very nice young lady working, she made my experience great by providing me with great customer service. Thanks
I booked everything a day before successfully and got to know the location is temporarily closed on arrival. Hertz support wasn't reachable either.
I rented a car here recently and the service was very good. It was quick and Ms Ellie was really helpful and attentive. I will be back.
I’d do zero stars if I could but it won’t let me… The rental process wasn’t too bad but after someone hit our unoccupied rental in a parking lot and accepted fault immediately their insurance paid Hertz thousands of dollars for the damages and months later Hertz tries come at us for roughly $700 for some bullshit fees, and they are not pleasant on the phone and they try to threaten to take thing to collections without talking about anything.
