Very satisfied
So I reserved my vehicle a jeep four-door four-wheel-drive bikini top and literally as I’m pulling in the parking lot with my Uber ride they call me and say all we have left this Tesla’s and I’m like I don’t have a home charger. I don’t need a Tesla. I said I’m sorry that’s all we have. Thank you. Have a good day so I ended up missing work and having to go to Avis to get a vehicle there wasn’t a jeep though. every worker at this location is so sweet. it’s my third time renting here and i made a mistake with the date, but the lady who helped me still got me into a good rental with no issue.
The staff at this location were personable, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. The app and the website however needs major help. Constantly have issues signing in on both. Also…I know it’s not Hertz’s fault but the smokers and pot smokers really make the cars unpleasant. Overall the Hertz is the best around.
Had my car reservation in place. Proceeded to make my way up there(4 mile walk) to be told we don't have any rentals available. A phone call would have been nice. The website maybe saying "we currently have no available rentals" would be nice. But nothing. Then they smile and tell me to enjoy the rest of my day. Enjoy this 1 star review. If your thinking of renting from here... Do yourself a favor and choose any lot except this one
