Disappointed in the LYH location. I have been traveling consistently over the past 25 years of my life to different cities and have been loyal to the HERTZ company, spending thousands of dollars. Even sticking through the time where they went through a rough bankruptcy.. After being bought out of their troubles, reading multiple articles you can see they cut customer service to save money. Try calling their 800 number and see how long it takes you to get a representative from a foreign country who reads off a computer screen... read more
