Very friendly staff, clean vehicle, pickup was done in about 10 minutes, return was done in about 5 minutes. Exceptional customer service
I've never left a google review before, and this was my first time renting a car, but the experience wasn't great in any way. Showed up to pick up my car, process was quicker than I thought it would be, but thats about all the positives. Online I reserved a sedan for fuel efficiency reasons, except when I got there I was given a Jeep Compass which is a compact crossover.
