Rude front desk staff who will tell you to reserve online as youre waiting in line at the counter and then when you reserve a spot they'll tell you an entirely different story and lie to your face.
They don’t answer the phone… I arrived to pick up the car. It wasn’t ready, or maybe it was the hertz attendant, “I’m going on break, I’ll be back in a bit, it would be best if you come back later.” Sunday, July 20th at 1942.
