Very disappointed with the service, I rent a car for 1 day mind you I got a different car than what i requested I was scheduled to drop off the rental car at 5pm the next day. They gave me the car knowing they will be close by then without telling me that information. When I got there the location was close and I call the direct number they have for this situations. We walked from our hotel in Union Sq to this location to pick up our reserved car and first I must say it’s super sketchy around this area so be alert, especially if walking alone or with kids. Of course this is no fault of this business however we arrived and there were 2 parties outside waiting and all a few inside. I didn’t think this would take long but we ended up waiting for 4 hours before driving away with our car. Se potessi dare zero ma non si può! Avevamo appuntamento alle 10 per ritirare la macchina e partire da San Francisco verso i parchi. Appena arrivati notiamo già fila e gente che aspettava, dopo un’ora di attesa chiedo spiegazioni ad un tizio che presumo lavori lì ma non aveva alcuna divisa(un cafone, per non dire altro) che risponde a tutti in malo modo dicendo cose senza senso, che sono chiusi che dobbiamo aspettare non si sa quanto e forse nemmeno ci danno la macchina.
