The gentleman that helped me today was amazing 🥹 Life has really beat me down recently, reservation didn’t go as planned (had to rent due to someone hitting my car) and he kept me calm & figured everything out for me. So grateful!

I made a reservation for a mid-sized SUV and the day that I go to pickup the vehicle, they only have electric cars available. The representative was not the nicest and it all ended up being such a waste of time. Avoid this hertz location. I’ve had better experience going to the MCO airport. Thankfully the Enterprise next door was able to help us out and squeeze us in for a same day reservation.
