This location is closed. There is no Hertz at this location. I wanted to give zero stars. I had made a reservation and decided to go by the location the day before my reservation to rent the car for a cross country trip. I saw there was no one there and was told that location closed. I was very upset that I was able to make the reservation at a location that was closed. I called Hertz and the were not helpful at all. DO NOT BOOK WITH HERTZ AT THIS LOCATION IF YOU NEED YOUR VEHICLE BEFORE THEY OPEN. You will not be able to pick up your car at all. The guys at the tire shop do not work for Hertz and are unable to assist you. It’s not their fault that a company that shares the building with them allows early bookings that cannot be fulfilled. Because of this, we are rushing to Santa Barbara to pick up a new car and pray that we can make it onto our flight on time out of LAX.
