I would give this hertz a zero star if I could. This place is a joke. We were supposed to be picked up at a car dealership so we could get our vehicle worked on. They never showed, so luckily the dealership drove us over. The office space was filthy and smelled bad. My husband thought they had just been robbed. The guy who waited on us was apparently working his very first shift.
