I give a one star review because they charged me for a rental that Alpine GMC requested for me since my car was being maintenance. The time pass for me to return the rental vehicle back. And when I did, I noticed I got charged $200 and I don’t know exactly for what because I refilled the tank to full and also wash the car from the interior and the exterior. I don’t feel it’s fair for me to be charged for anything. I need somebody to contact me from that office to return my money back.

I am absolutely appalled by the complete unprofessional experience that I received from the Hertz car rental location at 311 County Line Rd. in Littleton Colorado. To start with I reserved a car online one week before my rental was to take place. When I dropped my car off at the dealership for Repair they reached out to Hertz and said that I would be picked up in 10 minutes or so. This is a limited service location, I picked up a rental while my car was repaired. Friendly staff and their cars are always well equipped.
Everyone here was very helpful and professional. This was the easier rental car experience I’ve had.
