Antonio was amazing at pick up and drop off! Rented a van after my own was totaled in an accident I was not at fault for. I’d had a previous bad experience with a Hertz in Schenectady, NY to Philly. I swore never to use Hertz again. Antonio changed my mind about the company, making a stressful time for my family smooth as pie. Would def recommend and come back if I need a rental!

Extremely poor customer service and rude clerks. Booked 2 day local rental online and showed total cost of around $200 when picking up car. After making me wait an hour before helping at the me after I atrived, I was told they will need an additional $600 for a total of $800 for a 2 day local rental because I was using a debit card. I let them know the card is also used as a credit card with the appropriate financial controls.
