Hired a cat for four days which was reasonable enough however I had to use my Waze app to get around as Hertz charged extra to use the GPS that was standard figment in the car , I thought this was a bit of a rip off personally
Booked told just bring licence and credit and your good to go, but seems if your a person of colour you need extra ID so refused to rent leaving us stranded.
Didn't tell me about extra charges, so when it was meant to be initially $150 it turned out to be over $250 for one day. Also didn't tell me the bond money would take as long as it will to get back into my account.
The worst rental company I have ever done business with I worked for Avis for years and someone recently wrote our car of our insurance company arranged to get a car threw Hertz and now Hertz are that we did damage where we didn't. I am going to find out who owns the Lismore Hertz NSW in Dawson Street. I will take them to court and 60 minutes Australia as Hertz is known for ripping off their customers. If I don't have my $200.00 bond back by Wednesday this week. So Bella transfer my money back or I will be collecting.
