Rented a vehicle and handed them my credit card as they told me a debit card would charge higher fees, they ran it and said it went through but then still ended up charging my debit card. I called to fix this and the lady who answered was rude and unprofessional. They told me there was NOTHING they can do. No apology for their mistake or any resolution.
Quick, easy
Terrible customer service. Reserved a vehicle over the phone for a certain size Suv. Took my debit card information, gave me a confirmation number, etc. Called next day to ensure my reservation was set, and the lady was ridiculously rude in stating that what i had called for was not going to happen. Never calling you guys again.
I've been renting cars here for over 15 years. I've always been satisfied, the staff are amazing and friendly. Only once was their an error in billing, online booking is easy. Drop off are never an issues. Always my only choice.
Uncomfortably silent in the waiting room. The receptionists were cold and not friendly. Also, you’d better have 500 extra dollars in your account before you decide to rent a car because they will not let you know on their website. Last minute Traveling for a funeral is already stressful enough, and this company made it even worse.
