Bad way to do business, Reserved car online to be turned away after credit card wasn’t accepted. Mind you i’ve never had issues at any other places in the US. Lady was respectful and gave information on why my card wouldn’t work. But it being a local owned agency they only accept certain credit cards because they are not corporate and their systems are older and won’t accept all credit cards in general! At least specify the cards you don’t accept so no time is wasted for customers!
Update.. Today, August 15, 2026, I returned the vehicle I had. Ill sum it up with the most important parts. I had asked to talk to a manager about the issues so hopefully we could avaoid going to court. But of course she wasnt there...again. They asked what issues I've had..i started with the tire issue(never even was able to get to the other issues because this lady wasnt willing to make any th ing right from the beginningand kept escalating the whole situation..which i have everything on video)..they said I had signed some... read more
Great check-in experience, the car I ordered was there and the gas mileage was absolutely incredible compared to what I am used to and other than a couple glitches with the e-brake light turning on while I was driving everything went smooth. The check-in process went well and the woman asked me if there was any issues with the car, I let her know and I feel like they were going to promptly address the situation so that made me feel really good that they took caution and we're going to address that as it really caused me a lo... read more
