Not happy with our experience at Hertz. I don't want to say customer service was bad overall, because the lady we picked the car up from was pleasant; but the lady we dropped the car off with and communicated on the phone with made me dislike this company further. Unprofessional over the phone and in person. Interrupted me while I was trying to explain situation over the phone, gave me attitude, and was overall not a fun person to talk to. Very nice person!!
I have been using this location off and on for 12 years. I loved them for a long time and then a management change ruined it for us. I broke up with them in 2022. I came back to try them again about 6 months ago and it's 5 stars again, due to new management and staff. GREAT service. Flexible. Good communication. Nice cars. Easy to do business with. I'm praying they stay this way for a long time!
This is twice now that I've made a reservation that I've been accepted for online but then been rejected for in store. It's completely unprofessional and has caused me to not only spend much more on last-minute rentals from other locations, but also made me late for prior plans or reservations despite making ample time for those commitments myself. There needs to be more coordination and communication between rental qualifications between the online and physical stores before I step foot in one again.
