This was a very unpleasant experience. The car had a Maintenance issue when I went out to start it. The rude individual behind the Hertz counter didn't let me finish my question when I went back to ask for another vehicle. "We don't have anymore" ... which was a lie unless 7 other vehicles in Hertz parking stalls were all broken. He didn't offer to look at the vehicle to see what the maintenance problem was. Came here to rent a car for the holidays, the man behind counter was absolutely rude, unpleasant, and unprofessional. I will never do business with Hertz again because of this. Enterprise is where it's at
The staff is so bad that there are no words. The woman doesn't know how to talk to clients. I don't recommend working with her. I want to say that the supervisor also had a conversation with her, and while she's there, I'll chat. I don't recommend anyone rent a car there, and I won't rent a car there myself.
