I was in a bind and needed help with my car reservation. I was on hold for over 2 hours with the OMAHA hertz at the Eppley airport across 3 attempts to get someone on the phone. This was a very unpleasant experience. The car had a Maintenance issue when I went out to start it. The rude individual behind the Hertz counter didn't let me finish my question when I went back to ask for another vehicle. "We don't have anymore" ... which was a lie unless 7 other vehicles in Hertz parking stalls were all broken. He didn't offer to look at the vehicle to see what the maintenance problem was.
