They are always NEVER able to fulfill my reservation. I was turned down so many times, I’m over trying to rent from Hertz ever again. I definitely recommend renting from else where cause they NEVER have cars available.
I am Hertz president circle status and travelled all my life and rented with hertz most times. I rented at airport and decided to return car at Cosmopolitan on 12/14/2022 to save some time while I stayed near strip. Once you enter the Cosmopolitan, it took at least 20 minutes and asking 3 people to locate hertz return location. Hoping they put signs there and instructions on hertz app.
