I was misled by the counter agent regarding public charging opportunities. Do not rent an EV in Las Vegas.
Reserved a 7 seater car 2 weeks in advance, showed up and the vehicle wasn't there. I was told there was nothing they could do about it, and to check somewhere else. Rent at your own risk.
They deserve zero starts across the board for in person and online customer service. Pay more rent elsewhere.
This is the Best Hertz in the valley. I have used them 3 times and received great service and vehicles were great every time. Great Job Hertz JW Marriott!!
