The staff & car were great. However the vehicle was dirty inside & out.
Yeah, I had to wait a bit for my rental to be available but customers also need to realize a lot of things like no cars available is out of their control. Hertz allows people to make reservations without knowing how many cars will be turned in on time or extended. Hertz themselves allow the over bookings. My insurance co.pany made the reservation for me and it still took a while for them to find a car for me. I had no other issues from them.

Never again. Absolutely terrible.
Made $179 all included for a kia online but got there and had to pay $50 more for same size sentra. Not even a reach around! :(
