I would not recommend anyone to rent a vehicle from Hertz. The manager nor the representative refused to listen to issues of the car. My son and I informed them that I do not feel safe driving the vehicle especially with my grandchildren in the car that I take back and forth to school. They refused to exchange the vehicle unless I paid another 200.00 deposit. They have very poor customer service that's why there rating from me is a double zero!
The prices are low here for a reason. It’s a scam. Make reservation and come here and then no cars available. No help available. Manager leaves early and no one here cares. I would pay more somewhere else if you actually want a vehicle.
Absolutely horrific experience. My wife and I booked a rental SUV at the Venetian Hertz location to find out it was unavailable when we got there to pick it up. After an hour on the phone with a corporate Hertz team member and 15 minutes with her supervisor I was assured there was a small sedan at this location that we could use. We used Uber to get there only to find out that not only there was no car available at the location but in the entire city. First this place is a mess...a total mess. Took about an hour to get the car and we were second in line. Plus, They charge 1 dollar per KW on a electric. Example if you take it at 100% and bring it at 10% you will get charged more than $90. Robbery at its finest from Hertz!
