RENTERS BEEARE!!! If there were a 0 rating, that is what would be given. We spent about an hour or longer at this place. On the sales side, employees sleeping at their desk. Rental side is packed with people, 2 employees, who I am not sure if they knew what they were doing or still learning the Bait and Switch technique being used! We noticed several unhappy people, but it was hot, one person got the wrong vehicle 2 times and was accused of not giving the keys back. Lots of issues going on and then our turn. This is my second time renting with Hertz, and it’s been awesome, thanks to Malaya Abdullah Tucker, who goes by Mimi, and her manager. I was clueless about car rentals the first time, but Mimi totally had my back, walking me through the best credit card options and rental policies with such patience. She’s hands-down the best, making everything super easy both times. Her manager, a great guy, is just as knowledgeable and always makes time to help, even when it’s crazy busy.
