I am a Presidents Circle with Hertz and all i can say that this location sucks. I would give them a 0 if I could. Terrible customer service. You need to call them over and over. They put you on hold and then they hang up on you.
Socorro was very helpful, informative and assisted with everything needed. Would recommend.
The staff & car were great. However the vehicle was dirty inside & out.
