It's a difficult location to navigate and not enough employees to handle the amount of people needing serviced. Hire more employees on Mondays and Fridays!!!
I am a Presidents Circle with Hertz and all i can say that this location sucks. I would give them a 0 if I could. Terrible customer service. You need to call them over and over. They put you on hold and then they hang up on you.
