This place is great! The lady who helped me was very thoughtful and professional. My English isn’t very good and she was even concerned that I might not fully understand so she used a translator to help me. I really appreciate her kindness and patience!
TERRIBLE AND UNACCEPTABLE EXPERIENCE — BE VERY CAREFUL BEFORE BOOKING HERE. We had a reservation at the Hertz location on W. Sahara Ave in Las Vegas. We urgently needed the rental car because my husband had an extremely important kidney transplant appointment. We arrived expecting to pick up the vehicle, but the employee refused to rent it to us because of the type of valid Nevada driver’s license we had. I initially received an EV Chevrolet Equinox as my rental after my vehicle was hit by another driver. The rental was covered by the at-fault driver’s insurance. When I arrived, there was a line since they had just opened. Molly was working diligently to help everyone as quickly as possible. There’s only so much one person can do, and she handled the busy morning with professionalism, patience, and kindness. Got a polestar 2 (ev car) even though i paid a premium for gas vehicle because they dont have any left. Not able to refund the difference too.
Dont rent your car from this rental location!!! I came here expecting to just pick up my car coz I got a message that the car is ready. Only to find out at the office that they DON’T have ANY GAS CAR available to rent. They cant guarantee any car as there are other clients waiting at the location for the same reason as mine. All they can give is a sorry after all the hassle that they caused. Dont waste your time and money even coming to this place.
