Hertz has consistently demonstrated itself as one of the premier rental car companies worldwide. I have been a loyal customer for over 40 years, and my experiences have been overwhelmingly positive. While there may occasionally be challenges with individual managers, Hertz has shown a strong commitment to addressing such issues by ensuring that leadership is entrusted to experienced and well-trained professionals.
I had a 10:00 pick up. I finally got my vehicle around 12:30. Unacceptable at any level. The staff really tried their best but this location is unable to perform. Go ANYWHERE else.
If I could give 0 stars I would! Philip Sanchez the "manager" and whoever owns this facility should be ashamed! On 8/23/25, I arrived at your Hertz location at West Centennial Pkwy for a 10:00 a.m. reservation made on behalf of my company. I have rented through Hertz many times without issue; however, on this occasion I experienced an appalling and unacceptable level of disrespect from your employee, identified as “manager” Philip Sanchez. The pickup experience was fantastic—Philip was engaging, personable, and shared many entertaining stories. During drop-off, an unexpected issue arose, but he handled everything professionally, politely, and above and beyond standard customer service. He made what could have been a stressful situation completely seamless
Be very careful when renting with HERTZ, much more if you give the car back after 12 pm (when there are no personal service). I rented a car for 300 dollars with full coverage insurance and they ended up charging me more than 100 dollars extra and it seems I am not the exception... they are very likely to overcharge you with extra expenses and extra hours and you will end up paying tens or even hundreds of dollars extra, and when you try to reach out and get in touch with them, they don't reply your emails or they don't give... read more
