Excellent service! The staff was friendly, professional and knowledgeable about our rental. Would highly recommend this location for rentals.
Terrible customer service. Website accepts reservations during closed times. Don't expect agent to go above and beyond
We had a reservation at 12:00, arrived at 12:12, and found the office closed. An employee unlocked the door but refused to give us our key, saying they were closed from 12–1 and we’d need to return later. When we asked why a 12:00 appointment was even accepted, he said "the company assumes you’ll arrive 10 minutes early.” He refused to make an exception, said we needed to complete paperwork, then shut the door and went to the back. The 2 employees working the counter are very busy but always cordial, attentive and efficient. The vehicles are exceptionally clean. Location and hours are convenient.
