If I rented a car from MCO, and I’m taking a flight out of Lakeland, can I drop the car off at Lakeland airport? Or I noticed the Hertz Lakeland is off property, Do I have to go to that facility and then get a ride to the airport?
Very disappointed in our rental experience. We reserved through Priceline a full size vehicle for a trip to the mountains. Unpon getting to hertz they offered a Kia Sorento or a mini van. Then added a Tahoe for upgrade. They explained that hertz is a 3rd party to Priceline and I selected third row on my reservation. I did not, I selected a full size suv as my filter and the description was a Nissan Pathfinder or similar. My husband looked up Kia and it’s a crossover vehicle not a full size suv. Marissa needs to be noticed from the higher ups. Just booked a weekend car but had to deal with 2 other companies that cancelled my booking. Called Hertz last minute & what a pleasant lady! I was stressed but she calmed me down. She was running around like crazy WITH a smile on her face. This one needs a raise for sure! THANK YOU MARISSA! Going back to Hertz because of her
