Marissa needs to be noticed from the higher ups. Just booked a weekend car but had to deal with 2 other companies that cancelled my booking. Called Hertz last minute & what a pleasant lady! I was stressed but she calmed me down. She was running around like crazy WITH a smile on her face. This one needs a raise for sure! THANK YOU MARISSA! Going back to Hertz because of her

It always seems there’s an issue here either with cars smelling funky, the car sounds like crap or the customer service is way to lengthy and non discretionary for wait times or inconveniences
August 15th Hertz is insulting its members on the reviews!!!!!!! Still waiting for Hertz to care. Worst company ever!! Known to scam!! ××××××××××××××××× August 14th...... I see the owner response. Its a link to my receipt..... Ans, still silence regarding the .... BAIT-AND-SWITCH I paid $300. for an SUV and was given a Nissan Altima and a bunch of lies about picking up the SUV the following day. No SUV that day either, yet that's what i reserved.
