Good experience! Super small location but worked with me to get a last minute rental for Christmas, and phone number connected me directly to a real-live person. The car was pulled around and ready when I arrived to pick it up; was very quick rental process. Thought I might have sprung a tire leak driving back and the attendant said not to worry about it. He handled it, no questions asked.

DO NOT GO HERE. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. If I could rate it zero stars I would. We had made our reservation days in advance, made the reservation online and spoke to a representative on the phone about it. The day before our trip we went to pick it up and suddenly our reservation "wasn't there" and they had no idea where it had gone. Nobody else had anything available till mid afternoon next day, nor did they. 10/10 would not recommend. Seriously bummed about it.
