I wouldn't rent from these folks. They'll rent you a car, but the gas level IS NOT full, but will put that it's a full tank in the computer system.
This location has wonderful staff that try their best but unfortunately the company itself fails to provide adequate vehicles to run the business. I am unsure how a car rental company manages to completely run out of cars constantly and not fix the issue. The people who work there have their hands tied as there is nothing that can be done to provide a car when it does not exist.
Hertz is awesome! They are so helpful when you need a car due to an accident and having to make it to and from work! I’m a repeat customer.
It is pretty rare that anyone has a “great” experience renting a car. It is usually “get in the office…. get out of the office…. and off you go.” This Hertz experience was actually quite pleasant. Harrison ( I hope that is his name. I am mostly deaf and don’t catch everything) was pleasant first thing on a Monday morning. But even better, he was professional and efficient. Horrendous service the guy up front was rude hung up on me had double pending charges and literally the most unprofessional person ever. Should be fired. Don’t ever use this place they are an embarrassment to American business
