I am sooo elated at the experience that I received here at Hertz Car Rental because from the initial call to picking up the vehicle, I enjoyed the service and the vehicle! It was clean, on full and just what I needed! We took a young basketball team to N.O. for the Pelicans vs. Miami Heat, so we used the 15 passenger van. I will definitely continue to use this service, I was well pleased! Thank you to the entire team, my first personal rental was amazing. O & btw: the Miami Heats Won!

I was very impressed with the team at Hertz. They were all incredibly helpful in answering my questions and getting me set up with the perfect rental car for my needs. The pick-up and drop-off process was quick and easy, and the staff was consistently friendly and professional. I appreciate their attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction would definitely recommend Hertz based on the excellent service I received thanks yall!
