Their customer service is excellent! Good selection of cars, I highly recommend it.
Computer services down at 8 am. Had to do agreement with paperwork, so they did not have my reservation details. They did not fully explain the extra coverages, so I overpaid on unnecessary add-ons.
Made an appointment for pick up due to an insurance claim and confirmed it on Friday. On the appointment date , no one was answering the phone to come pick me up from the body shop, had to get a ride to hertz- once I arrived there only one person working at the desk. There was an issue with the payment system which was another half hour of waiting and the waiting area had an unpleasant smell unfortunately. They did not have the same Tesla that I was supposed to be able to rent and the car they did have was dirty on the exter... read more
I reserved a car through the website and when I arrived here they said we don’t have any cars!
