I originally booked my rental through the Hertz in Johnstown, OH. The pickup date and time was July 18, 2025 at 3:30pm for a small sedan. Upon my arrival to pick up my rental, there was no one at the desk to help me and there were two other customers who had told me they had been waiting since around 1pm for employees to help them pick up their rentals. Friendly staff, was in and out in less than 5 minutes. Will continue to use this location.
Zero stars rented suv 2 weeks ago now this week all the sudden u can't rent without major credit card.
