Lady at the desk was rude and not helpful at all. When i tried to make a reservation she told me that rental reservations could not be done in store and had to be done online. When did that become a policy? Also was told that she couldnt tell me any availability whatsoever and to do it online. What exactly is the purpose of having someone at the front desk if they cant make reservations nor tell me any sort of availability?
Awesome experience with both the pickup and drop off locations I will be renting from them again
Franchise location, car was available but service is nonexistent. Phone number goes direct to voice mail, reservation numbers do not exist in their online system.
