Had to turn in a rental from an insurance rental stayed a little later since we were having to have the car moved there after purchasing a new one the clerk that was on duty very polite nice
Literally the worst customer service. Do not come if you’re in a rush. Also require $600 down payment. May be issue for a lot of people
Awful experience, never using Hertz again. No cars available after I arrived for my pickup. So not rent from here! 😕
This place is a joke. Go somewhere else. I'm here at 8 a.m., and they tell me they don't have vehicles available. Mind bottling. They have a Jeep, but I have to pay more. Whatever happened to taking care of the customer? For the location's lack of competency, stay far away and do yourself a favor: run. This place isn't it. Please Google add a negative star review.
I wish there was a way to put zero stars. This place is the most crooked place I’ve ever rented a car from. They purposely have the rental cars parked next to a brick wall so you can’t walk around the entire car. I didn’t think anything of this at first, until I returned the car and was accused of damage to the back. underneath the bumper - it’s a jeep. I knew right then that they were on some BS!
