Awful experience, never using Hertz again. No cars available after I arrived for my pickup. So not rent from here! 😕
This place is a joke. Go somewhere else. I'm here at 8 a.m., and they tell me they don't have vehicles available. Mind bottling. They have a Jeep, but I have to pay more. Whatever happened to taking care of the customer? For the location's lack of competency, stay far away and do yourself a favor: run. This place isn't it. Please Google add a negative star review.
I wish there was a way to put zero stars. This place is the most crooked place I’ve ever rented a car from. They purposely have the rental cars parked next to a brick wall so you can’t walk around the entire car. I didn’t think anything of this at first, until I returned the car and was accused of damage to the back. underneath the bumper - it’s a jeep. I knew right then that they were on some BS! Like the reviewer below me, I also don’t understand why they have all of the bad reviews. I had to get a rental that was set up through my car’s extended warranty company while being repaired. They set everything up with Hertz. Hertz contacted me to confirm they had my reservation. The First Lady at the office I spoke to was friendly. I was in/out in maybe 10 minutes…. If that. Not sure why they have all the bad reviews.. Rented a small SUV from this location from July 9-12, 2025. Reserved through Booking.com. Legit took 20 minutes to pickup our vehicle. No issues and great customer service.
