VERY RACES AND UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF! I suppose to return my car Sunday but returned today and they charged me more than my original reservation!!! Waited for 30min in the counter for the invoice and they said at the end they couldn’t give it to me for no reason!!!
This business should be shut down. No possible way to get a hold of them. Hertz will not help as this is an independent location operating under the hertz umbrella. Literally you cannot get a hold of them. Make sure you have a return flight booked or they will not release a vehicle to you. Good luck extending if you need to, no way to get a hold of them.
I confirmed my reservation and was told to skip the line and go straight to my car. When I arrived I was asked for two IDs and proof of insurance. When I provided proof of insurance I was told that was my good enough they needed a copy of my policy. The attendant said I would have to pay $55 per day for their insurance. Bait and switch, very unethical.
extended the rental for 11 hours, gouged me $120. Avoid this place, used other vendors at the airport that were far better.
