This the most screwed-up, un-helpful Hertz I've ever experienced. When I ask why they are the only Hertz location that has ever asked me for two picture ID's AND my insurance declaration, they said because they are independent, NOT an actual Hertz office. Pick ANY other Hertz location.

Friendly staff, clean car and easy to return. I filled up at the shell just off the airport, easy peasy.

It was at the point when I was asked ... read more

Shout out to Chelsie, Jontue and Pam at the Hertz airport Huntsville (HSV). I had to drop off and pick up another vehicle and all three women were great! From moving items from one car to another, to dealing with multiple contracts from different locations to the service at the Gold counter; everything was great. Even when I anticipated an issue, they handled everything and got me what I needed. I even asked to change the model of my pickup vehicle and Jontue did it without a question - it helped it was the same class vehicl... read more
