Attempting to charge me for damage that occurred while the car was on their lot after I dropped it off. You can clearly see the marks of the same collar paint of the bollards and fence surrounding the lot. Time stamps of the damage are hours after I dropped the car off. I always carry insurance so it not even about the money its the principal.

Failed to provide requested service. The actual issue....customer service in relaying the information. Nothing but excuses no solutions. We rented a one-way car a week ahead of our trip. We arrived to pickup and was told we don't have any one way automobiles. Agent offered no options. After several back and forth conversations and failed attempts to speak with a manager we booked successfully with ENTERPRISE. I am a 5 STAR member which obviously means absolutely nothing! Hertz did not honor my reservation did not offer any alternative solutions. The agent assisting fail to give eye contact while speaking and never apologized for the inconvenience caused by their last minute decision to cancel our reservation. We made several requests to speak with a supervisor or manager but was denied. JEFF FLETCHER's team needs customer service training on compassion and message delivery

Absolutely horrible, do not rent a vehicle from this place. I reserved a truck a few days before arriving using Hertz Gold. We arrived around 11 PM at the desk and was told they didn't have anything in the class I reserved. The desk was covered in car keys and they would do nothing to even check to see if a car was available. All they said was to check online and we will hold your reservation for 24 hours.
