Don't fall for this Place for renting cars or trucks. They do trick you into a manager special, it's a con. 10 less but you have to pay everyday at = the time you rented the car. so you get a late fee, plus they give the car that you don't need. It cost me 600 plus for 10 days. where at others places I pay 250 for 10 days.

Watch your credit card statement with this shop!!! They have a precise system that if you do t understand it can lead to 100’s in charges depending on who is behind the desk making the reservation anything from hidden charges to bait and switch tactics in the end I drop 100 in the tank to top off the truck had a 200 deposit that I’m only getting 100 back for the 1 Sunday that wasn’t already paid for. Ed was on the run to keep all his customers happy and well served. I could reach Ed by phone even when I came to this Hertz rental store, I had recognized that sometimes he had multiple customers waiting to be served and he was running the show by himself. The customer service, he provided was excellent and greatly appreciated.

AWFUL MANAGEMENT! We booked our reservation multiple days in advance, and was expecting to have the car ready. Once we got to the location, we did everything as needed for a rental; then, was told we were getting a giant truck? That was not what we booked, then we were told another car we could take was an EXTRA $50 A DAY?
