They gave me a Tesla model3 that has a flat tire, the tire dropped to 21, when i bring the car back they already knew it was flay when they gave to me, what in the world that they don't care putting peoples life in danger?

Excellent service from Ron and team at this location in Huntington Beach.
Great team. The only problem is its hard to reach them by phone. Ed has been there forever and is very helpful. Ron must have come from another store because he was great but its the first time I have seen him.
Rental was done through insurance. Given a Tesla Model Y with 103 thousand miles, hole in driver side carpet and steering wheel taped up with electrical tape. Dents and scratches 360. I opted for LDW coverage and was overcharged for an extra day. No receipt was given upon return or emailed so I Had to wait on hold with customer service to fix after it was posted to my credit card.
