Made a reservation and was told when I arrived that there were no cars. Missed an appointment which was scheduled a month ago due to their faulty system.
The absolute worse customer service compared to any other Herz rental office. Save yourself from a headache and unnecessary frustration and rent from another local Hertz office or chose another rental car agency to deal with. After securing reservations, taking an Uber in an emergency situation, no car availability, no effort to help secure other options acce to up-sell. Got there at 440pm to their satellite office at the RAM dealer. Their employee Ed recognized our arrival, disappeared until 4.55 and came back just to tell us that he is closed now. Ridiculous service and unacceptable behavior
