I am very satisfied with my experience renting car from Hertz in Huntinghton Beach . Agents Ron and Edward from customer service are very knowledgeable and very Proffessional. Every time I am Renting a car my experience is very pleasant and the service is fast and great quality. I highly recommend renting cars from Hertz store in Huntinghton Beach , CA. Thank you Hertz for great service.

This was one of the most unacceptable service failures I’ve ever experienced from a national brand. I had a confirmed Hertz reservation at the Costa Mesa location. When I arrived, the employee was literally about to leave for the day. I caught them just before they left, despite having a valid reservation and scheduled pickup time.
