I made a reservation and took an Uber to the Huntington Beach location, only to find out—after arriving—that no vehicles were available. The staff then instructed me to Uber to the John Wayne Airport location, at my own expense. When I arrived there, both the Hertz representative and corporate informed me that they could not honor the original reservation price since it was a different location. I am very satisfied with my experience renting car from Hertz in Huntinghton Beach . Agent Ron from customer service is very knowledgeable and very Proffessional. I highly recommend renting cars from Hertz . Thank you Hertz for great service.
They gave me a Tesla model3 that has a flat tire, the tire dropped to 21, when i bring the car back they already knew it was flay when they gave to me, what in the world that they don't care putting peoples life in danger?
