Very easy and simple experience
made a reservation online to pick up a small vehicle, just for them to call me an hour later to tell me they didn't have that size and i would need to pay extra for an upgraded size car! why are you letting people reserve vehicles if you do not have them!! you would think they would keep the sites updated on vehicles they have on the lot available!
