Desk staffs have lack of knowledge about agreement and while calling their spoke person seems arrogant and rude, overall very bad experience,
Really difficult to contact Hobart. When calling it's directed to a different centre. They try to call Hobart it doesn't work, they say they will call back, they don't. We used Bargain, Avis and Hertz. We like Hertz's Vehicles but they are by far the hardest to deal with. To change a driver's name over to a different name also causes major problems. With the other rental companies it so easy. This isn't a once off. We have used their service for over 2 years and it hasn't gotten any better. We have written to them privately ... read more
