Yesterday, my friend and I went on a day trip and rented a 12-seater van from Hertz Hobart Downtown. it was super convenient! The van was ready even before we arrived, which made everything so smooth. A special shoutout to Junu at the counter—she was incredibly helpful. She guided us through everything, including adding drivers, explaining the damage cover, and giving clear instructions on how to drive the van. Truly the best! Thank you, Hertz Hobart team, for making our trip so enjoyable and hassle-free. 🚐✨
PLEASE DONT USE THIS PLACE! They illegally took money from my acc for a “fine” which I researched and realised it wasn’t even my car or me in the photo. They don’t even notify you and just take money when they want. They make it HELL to get your money back!! They’re so nasty and sarcastic with customers too. Don’t use this business!
Disappointed in the lack of customer service. Dropped friends in to get a car. Lady never looked up, never smiled. I asked a question which was ignored. Seems customer service in Hobart is just non existent now
