This is just about the listing. It’s probably a Google problem not the place is problem. They’re not open 24 hours. They’re not open on Sunday. They’re not open afternoon on Saturday and they have regular business hours during the week.
The customer service from Hertz was hands down the worst I’ve ever experienced. I arrived at the location to pick up my reservation, only to find the building completely closed—signs removed, doors locked, no notice or warning whatsoever. I called customer service to figure out what to do, and the representative spent five minutes arguing with me that the location wasn’t closed—as I sat in the empty parking lot staring at the shuttered building. Hertz - Service at Highland park is pathetic. The employee - April doesn’t know how to talk to customers. She was rude and dint care to answer the questions. Upon asking for her manager so that I can complain - She simply hung up on me. No wonder why they have such low google ratings. DO NOT HIRE CAR FROM HERE!!!
I had a reservation booked and confirmed at this place and showed up and said there were three other reservations for the same car and I would have to wait to see if the other appointments no showed. If you need to rely on your reservation and need a car, I would steer clear from this place.
