They always have my car ready and it's almost always the same car in the picture.
Good service, I was there in/out without a wait; even got an upgrade without extra fee.
The experience was okay. The lady at the front counter was not very friendly. She done her job, but she does not have the personality to be up front in my opinion. I did not like the fact that the spouse had to pay to drive. I know this is not Enterprise, but at their company the spouse or domestic partnership can drive for no extra cost. At at Hertz my husband was told that he had to pay. The trip was long and I could not do the driving by myself so we paid for him. I will definitely be using Enterprise from this point on. ... read more
