The service at this location Highland Indianais very poor. The people behind the desk would never help you. They act like they hate there job and they do not want to be there, They need Training in customer service.

I had a confirmed reservation for a Manager’s Special Electric Vehicle at Hertz Highland, Indiana on July 21, 2025. Despite calling earlier that day to confirm a Tesla would be available, I arrived to find no EVs on-site due to a supposed A/C issue. I was offered a gas vehicle instead—completely contradicting my reservation. No advance notice, no assistance finding an EV elsewhere, and the employee (identified as Anthony) even refused to give his name when I asked to file a complaint.
