Terrible experience on my return. I rented the car to be in town to be with my mom before she passed away. I was an hour delayed returning the car. I tried to call to report that I would be late and the call was not answered and I couldn't leave a message. I left the car where I was instructed to based on signage. I ended up being charged a FULL EXTRA day PLUS a late fee for my return and additional fees that were not a part of my original rental agreement. I had a great experience renting a vehicle from the Herts in Highland IN the staff was friendly and professional. The picking up and return was quick and easy. The vehicle was clean everything thing i except from a rental car company. Thank you Hurts would definitely recommend anyone in need of a rental car.
