I walked in to pick up my rental that i had reserved weeks in advance. Right on the time i requested, took minutes to get in and out on the road. Fast friendly service. All the employees were very nice and taking it back was also a breeze . No issues .

Rental was in poor condition on the inside. Used my card to pay for tolls even after I bought their unlimited package. I had to go through the gated lanes, as there were no cashless lanes on my route. I even told them the route I intended on taking. They told me either the transponder in the car or plates themselves would suffice. In the end I told them I wanted them to take off the unlimited toll package I purchased and couldn't / didn't use as I paid for the tolls myself and they obliged.
